"Life in the World Unseen"

"Life in the World Unseen" contains 2 parts each with 10 and 15 chapters. It was written in 1954 by Monsignor Robert Hugh Benson, who was the youngest son of Edward White Benson, a former Archbishop of Canterbury. He was also a good friend of Anthony Borgia until his death in 1914. In this communication, he informs us about our incorrect and preconceived notions of the afterlife. In fact, one of his greatest regrets was that he also added to this general misconception while living on earth by his writing “The Necromancers”, a book which gave a distorted view of the return of spirits. This communication however, has enabled Monsignor to correct his errors.
"Life in the World Unseen" addresses the 'cause and effect' relationship that exists between this life and the next. Monsignor Robert Hugh Benson's life and experiences in the 'afterlife' are best explained by Anthony Borgia as he writes:
The first script was composed under the title of 'Beyond This Life'; the second under that of 'The World Unseen'.
In the former, the communicator gives, in a general survey, an account of his passing and his subsequent travels through various parts of spirit lands. In the latter script he deals at much greater length with a number of important and interesting facts and facets of spirit life, upon which previously he had touched only lightly or in passing. For example, in 'Beyond This Life' he mentions the highest realms and the lowest. In 'The World Unseen' he actually visits them and describes what he saw and what took place in both regions. Although each of the two scripts is complete in itself, the second greatly extends and amplifies the first, and together they form a composite whole.

About The Recorder
Anthony Borgia was the medium who transcribed the thoughts of Monsignor Robert Hugh Benson. Until the present scripts were written, he had never communicated with Mr. Borgia directly, but was once told (by another spirit friend) that there were certain matters Monsignor wished to set right. The difficulties of communication were explained to Monsignor by spirit friends and advisers, but Monsignor held to his purpose. And so when a suitable time was reached, Monsignor was told that he could communicate through this medium, a friend of his earthly days, and it has been Anthony Borgia's privilege to act as his recorder.
